This policy explains the limited information used to deliver downloads, process purchases, answer messages, and understand site traffic.
Information collected
systeme.io receives the email address you submit for the free sheet. A payment processor receives purchase and payment information needed to complete an order. PurelyMail receives information you send by email. Plausible records privacy-focused, aggregated traffic data after final wiring.
How information is used
We use information to deliver requested files, send Care Counter emails you can leave at any time, process support and refunds, prevent abuse, and measure page performance by campaign.
Service providers
systeme.io, a payment processor, PurelyMail, Plausible, Cloudflare, and GitHub may process limited information for their stated service. Their own policies govern their processing.
Sharing and retention
The Care Counter does not sell personal information. We retain records only as needed for delivery, support, accounting, security, and applicable obligations.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, write to hello@thecarecounter.shop.
Updates
We may update this policy when the service or governing requirements change. The effective date appears above.
