Thirty-day refund policy.
If the book is not useful, write within thirty days. We will refund it, and you keep the files.
How to ask
Email hello@thecarecounter.shop from the address used at checkout. Include the order number so we can locate the purchase.
Timing
The request must be sent within thirty calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
What happens to the files
You may keep the PDF and EPUB files. The refund does not create permission to resell, share publicly, or redistribute them.
Checkout match
This wording must match the refund policy configured before launch. If the configured policy differs, checkout remains blocked until it is corrected.
