These terms govern this website and digital products sold by The Care Counter.
Digital products
The Care Counter Book is a digital PDF and EPUB. Nothing is shipped. A purchase gives one buyer a personal, non-transferable license to use the files. The files may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed.
Educational scope
The site and files provide general garment-care education. They do not assess an unseen garment or override the garment label and current product instructions. Results vary with fiber, dye, finish, construction, prior treatment, and use.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment platform, which also handles digital delivery. The checkout page shows the final charge before purchase. There is no recurring charge for the day-one book.
Refunds
The thirty-day refund policy is part of these terms. If the book is not useful, write within thirty days. We will refund it, and you keep the files. See the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the files in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Changes and contact
